Lockers can be made from a variety of materials, and the materials you choose should be largely determined by the way the lockers will be used. At Legacy Lockers, each style of locker is built with high quality construction and materials, made to be durable and long lasting. In addition, lockers are constructed to meet the specifications of each client, with components like coat hooks and shelves to meet the client’s needs.
Legacy Lockers are shipped fabricated as individual units, with all locker parts having been precision machined and dry-fit prior to assembly using a dowel and glue process at our manufacturing facility ensuring square, rigid lockers without warp. They come in one of four colors, in three different configurations:
- Standard lockers by Legacy Lockers have a frame of 5/8”, stain-resistant, high-impact, high-density, double-sided almond melamine sides and shelves. The shelves have a 2mm PVC edgeband on the leading edges of the locker that closely matches the locker doors.
- Performance lockers have a frame of 5/8”, stain-resistant, high-impact, high-density, white melamine sides and shelves. Performance storage lockers are built with a black edgeband on the leading edges of the locker and perimeter of the locker doors.
- Team lockers are constructed of 3/4” Wood Veneer, Plastic Laminate or Melamine. A 2mm PVC or wood edgeband on the leading edges of the locker closely matches the panel finish.
- Aquatic lockers have frames made of laminated waterproof substrate. A 2mm PVC edgeband on the leading edges of the locker to closely match the locker doors, which are also made using a waterproof substrate.
